Our projects
Cross border financing of a large media group acquisition:
design of the corporate structure for the optimization of the acquisition financing and direct supervision of the deal execution. Our team also managed the subsequent corporate structure for accounting and tax purposes.
Turnaround and sale of a Caribbean bank:
after the acquisition of a bailed-out financial institution, our team identified the shortfalls, designed a two-year turnaround plan and finally succeeded in the sale of the financial institution to foreign investors
Financial assets recovery:
our team supported a large corporate conglomerate on the forensics for a large scale litigation in the US involving complex capital markets and derivatives transactions.
Merger of a Latin American telecom company:
as advisors for one of the three merged companies, our team represented the client in all the steps of the deal – negotiation, valuation and execution – ending in one of the most relevant companies of the country.
